About Patricia

Patricia is a catalyst for inspired, realistic growth, and uses her 25+ years in business and her reservoir of emotional intelligence to help people discover their talents and live their passions into a future of their own design. She can tell you stories ranging from teaching Chinese-Malaysian consultants in SE Asia on financial literacy to coaching executive women on their search for more meaning in their work.

  • She is the founder of the Executive Exchange, a peer learning group for women CEOs in Kansas City, now in its 25th year. All are women business owners, with employees, and different industries.
  • Been a mentor for many women and men on career transactions and in dealing with the complexities of relationships.
  • She possesses several certificates of study in a diverse number of human interaction disciplines.  One she highly values is a Coaching Certification from Hudson Institute of Coaching a leading coach training organization.
  • Her close relationship with educator Angeles Arrien, cultural anthropologist and award-winning author, is another source of wisdom that informs her work.

She is continuing her one on one coaching as well and her small group work.  Having served clients for 25+ years in community and non-profit and corporate settings, nationally and in Ohio and Missouri, Patricia is recently in the Denver area (Parker CO). As a Coloradan for two years, Patricia has emerged as “Parker Patti” with civic and service commitments to Rotary, The Parker Chamber of Commerce.  She  volunteers for the Parker Arts & Cultural Events (PACE) along with her church and she values being a good neighbor.
